When will your order reach you?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, it will reach you within a maximum of 5 business days.
How can you track your order?
You can check your orders in the "My Account" section under the "My Orders" tab. Once your order is dispatched, you can find the "Where is my cargo?" link under the "My Orders" tab to track your order's status. Process for orders paid by bank transfer

When can you change your address?

Procedure if you are not at the address
If the courier company cannot find you at the address, they will leave a note informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us. Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified in your order. Delivery companies do not make deliveries on official holidays.
