When will your order reach you?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, it will reach you within a maximum of 5 business days.

How can you track your order?

You can check your orders in the "My Account" section under the "My Orders" tab. Once your order is dispatched, you can find the "Where is my cargo?" link under the "My Orders" tab to track your order's status. You will also be notified by email from Mısırlı 1951 when your order is out for delivery.

Process for orders paid by bank transfer

Orders paid by bank transfer become valid on the date your payment is credited to our accounts. Mısırlı 1951 is not responsible for products that go out of stock during this period. To notify us of your payment and to get information about your order, you can contact us at +90212 231 34 13.

When can you change your address?

If your order status is ‘Order received,’ you can change the delivery address. To provide the new address, you can contact us at +90212 231 34 13.

Procedure if you are not at the address

If the courier company cannot find you at the address, they will leave a note informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us. Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified in your order. Delivery companies do not make deliveries on official holidays.
